The formula contains strains such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, Bifidobacterium breve and B. lactis, plus FOS to encourage growth of beneficial bacteria. Benefits include supporting gut health and digestion, preventing harmful yeast and bacteria overgrowth, replenishing gut bacteria after antibiotics, improving lactose digestion and enhancing nutrient absorption. Take one capsule per day with breakfast; the dose may be increased to three if required. Free from gluten, wheat, soya and artificial colours, preservatives or flavourings.
